A wise person once said: “when we work, we work. When we pray, God works!” I want to workout my prayer muscles so Almighty God will use His great strength, wisdom and power on my behalf!
I know there are many things in my life that I am just not strong or wise enough to do on my own. Spend Quality, Quiet Time with God:
Take the first part of your day and be quiet, listen to God, ask for His help. Read His Word for direction, wisdom and strength in life.
Enlist a Training Partner:
Find someone to talk to about your spiritual walk, someone to pray with you, and help you to exercise your spiritual/prayer muscles and disciplines daily.
Go to a Good Church:
Find a good place to worship God. I recommend The Link, Boston). This church is a place where you will hear His Word, learn more about your faith and how it applies to your life, meet with other training partners, and learn how you can serve, making your faith a life-transforming process for both you and others you will influence in your life.
