Compassion wants to encourage you to: “Make your life a mission, … not an intermission.”
Compassion Outreach is made up of volunteers who come together to go out to where people live, to serve them, encourage them, pray for them, give them support and resources, and love our neighbors, as God does, as we love ourselves.
One way that we do this is by going out to the streets armed with sandwiches, water, cookies, clothes, Bibles, handouts, resources, and lots of love and prayers.
We reach out to people who are going through hard times to give them hope and love and peace.
‘I was hungry and you fed me,
I was thirsty and you gave me a drink,
I was homeless and you gave me a room,
I was shivering and you gave me clothes,
I was sick and you stopped to visit,
I was in prison and you came to me…’
…Whenever you did one of these things to someone overlooked or ignored, that was me—you did it to me.’ Mathew 25 [MSG]
Won’t you join us as we do it for them… and do it for Him.
